Recently, the first "Lean Operation Improvement Project" selection of PT LBM came to an end. After a month of hard work, 17 projects were selected, and finally 11 high-quality projects won awards, demonstrating the core pursuit of "improving quality, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and creating benefits".

PT LBM's lean improvement project covers the entire production chain, using data as a sword to directly target the core pain points of efficiency and cost.
The energy control team's gas cost reduction project has significantly reduced production costs through gas source optimization and equipment renovation; The power cost reduction project is in a game with power companies, reducing production electricity capacity and saving up to 30% of monthly cumulative production electricity bills.

The project of collecting and utilizing condensate water in the material circulation group saves 5 tons of water per day, collects and reasonably utilizes water resources again, and reduces unnecessary water waste; The sand mill cleaning improvement project aims to reduce the loss of slurry during the dismantling and cleaning of zirconium balls by improving operating methods, embodying the lean concept of "not wasting every resource".

Lean management is not exclusive to a few people, but a feast for all to participate in. LBM encourages every employee to actively engage in it, take the initiative to step forward as soon as problems are discovered, shoulder the banner of project leader, organize resources, and make every effort to solve problems. Nowadays, LBM is using PT LBM as an intelligent manufacturing engine to upgrade lean management from "full participation" to "global collaboration". Through the integration of intelligent manufacturing technology and humanistic concepts, it not only creates an overseas benchmark for new energy manufacturing, but also verifies the vitality of lean management in cross-cultural scenarios.
