Waste Heat Recovery Project
The high-temperature flue gas (600℃ - 700℃) from the kiln incinerator undergoes heat exchange with the installed heat exchanger to heat the clean fresh air, which is then supplemented to the fresh air intake section of the spray dryer burner, reducing the consumption of natural gas in the spray dryer burner. The energy-saving rate of this project is over 10%.
