After the first batch of deliveries and shipments were successfully achieved, the much-awaited PT LBM Indonesia kick-off meeting and the first sports meeting were held as scheduled, with heads of various departments of the company and nearly 80 participants gathered together. At the event site, General Manager Feng of PT LBM Indonesia emphasized: We must take Chairman Shi Junfeng's proposal that "each base must make a turnaround in 2025" as the clarion call for the charge, and use the motivation, enterprising spirit and hard work to open the road across the mountains, keep the "goals" in mind, implement "execution" into practice, and effectively implement LBM's values of "taking responsibility, being able to innovate, being willing to challenge, and being more outstanding" into all aspects of work. 
General Manager Feng pointed out that the clarion call for charge has been sounded and the journey is at our feet. All PT LBM Indonesia must concentrate their efforts in the atmosphere of "a group of people, one thing, one heart, work together, and we will win", work hard, and work together. Work hard, vow to get a good start, and open a new chapter in the Indonesian base.
Before the official competition, President Feng and Indonesian employees participated in the kick-off ceremony. In an atmosphere full of passion and expectation, the Games officially kicked off, kicking off a wonderful prelude to the "good start" in 2025.
This sports meeting set up two popular events, badminton and tug-of-war, which attracted all employees to actively participate. In the badminton mixed doubles arena, the players were full of passion and fought bravely to be the first. The partners worked closely with each other and played a passionate and exciting match up with their tacit understanding. During the tug-of-war competition, the participating teams worked together, shouting neat slogans, and everyone worked hard to vividly display the team's pride of "a group of people, one thing, one heart, working together, we will win". After the competition, the company awarded prizes and commemorative medals to the winning athletes.
The first PT LBM Indonesia Games not only allowed everyone to exercise, but also enhanced the understanding and trust between employees in China and India. Amid the cheers, the tacit understanding and collaboration between the teams were continuously strengthened.
