In order to speed up the localized operation of PT LBM Indonesia, create an overseas benchmark factory, improve the skill level of new employees, and give full play to the role of "guiding, helping and guiding" outstanding employees, PT LBM Indonesia recently, under the careful planning of the Human Resources Group of the Comprehensive Management Department, successfully held a significant teaching project launch event. Heads of various departments at the base and more than 30 Chinese and Indian employees gathered together to witness this important moment.

In order to speed up the localized operation of PT LBM Indonesia, create an overseas benchmark factory, improve the skill level of new employees, and give full play to the role of "guiding, helping and guiding" outstanding employees, PT LBM Indonesia recently, under the careful planning of the Human Resources Group of the Comprehensive Management Department, successfully held a significant teaching project launch event. Heads of various departments at the base and more than 30 Chinese and Indian employees gathered together to witness this important moment.
At the event site, China employees formed a teaching partner with new Indonesian employees and signed a teaching agreement. In the future, China business instructors will rely on their rich work experience and professional knowledge to provide all-round teaching to new Indonesian employees in their daily work. From familiarization with work processes to improvement of job skills, from integration of company culture to running-in of team collaboration, every detail helps new Indonesian employees integrate into the company as soon as possible and improve their work standards.

This activity aims to ensure that PT LBM Indonesia reaches high standard production levels as soon as possible, stably produces high-quality lithium iron phosphate materials, and achieves product consistency with LBM's five major domestic production bases. To this end, the guidance and teaching of China employees is particularly critical. Through their mutual teaching, new Indonesian employees can quickly grasp the key points of work, reduce production errors, improve production efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for PT LBM Indonesia to achieve faster large-scale production.

At the same time, in order to speed up the process of localized operation of PT LBM Indonesia and make it a model factory for LBM overseas, the advantages of Indonesian employees in local language and communication will be fully utilized during the teaching process. Under the guidance of China employees, Indonesian employees will better adapt to the company's operating model, thereby promoting the efficient operation of the entire company and setting a benchmark for LBM to explore overseas markets.
